Job Board Terms

Amethyst provides a job board and email distribution service only. We do not operate as a recruitment agency or staffing firm.

By using the Amethyst Job Board, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Amethyst does not recruit, screen, evaluate, or recommend candidates

• All hiring decisions and communications are handled directly between parties

• Amethyst does not guarantee job placement, applicant volume, or hiring success

• Listing fees cover publication and distribution only

• Listings run for 30 days and do not auto-renew

• No refunds or prorated credits are provided if a role is filled early

Amethyst is not responsible for the accuracy of job listings or outcomes resulting from their use.
